All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been made.
MangaManzi does not offer subscriptions. Credits are one-time purchases and never auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges to refund.
If you experience technical failures that prevent generation and credits were consumed, contact us within 14 days for a credit restoration review.
Email contact@mangamanzi.com with your account email and order details. We respond within 3 business days. Because credit purchases are made in cryptocurrency, transactions are irreversible and refunds cannot be issued as automatic chargebacks. Approved refunds are reviewed manually and, where granted, paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide.
