All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been made.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
If you experience technical failures that prevent generation and credits were consumed, contact us within 14 days for a credit restoration review.
Email contact@mangamanzi.com with your account email and order details. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
